Yes.  One of my users is sending an email to someone that uses Gmail.  And they 
get bounce backs that say “The email account that you tried to reach does not 
exist.”

Checking the Google Workspace Dashboard shows issues again.

There was a massive outage yesterday between 3 states.  I sent an email to the 
outages group yesterday and I didn’t see it come through till late last night, 
so I don’t know if that is part of the outage or not.  Anyways, yesterday I had 
5 locations go dark at the same time, lost voice & data between 2 states.  When 
I called Comcasts number, I received the “no longer in service” message.  I 
managed to get a hold of a sales rep and they told me there was a massive 
outage between Indiana, Illinois and Kentucky.  My locations finally came back 
up last evening.  I have heard rumblings of still other outages today.  I would 
have thought yesterdays outage would make the news, but it did not, but it was 
all over Twitter, and not only was Comcast’s service down, others who have them 
for cell service which supposedly uses Verizon towers, lost service as well.

My guess is it’s due to the tornados that hit that area.  As they clean up and 
sort through things, there could be lots of ups and downs of service before 
things are fully restored.

No issue here with my 5 Comcast Business accounts (central Indiana), although 
we are using OpenDNS.  The VPN tunnels are up and running between those sites.  
Friends of mine who live up near Chicago who use Comcast and use the default 
DNS servers from them are reporting they are up and running.

Seeing many recent reports on the interwebs regarding a “nationwide Comcast 
outage”.
Looks like it’s an issue with Comcast DNS (75.75.75.75 / 75.75.76.76) and not 
anything else, as queries to other public DNS servers (ex: 1.1.1.1 / 8.8.8.8) 
work just fine over my Comcast service.

For reference, I’m located in Chicago, but I did perform NSLookup’s from a box 
in NYC, Dallas, and Seattle which resulted in similar behavior as seen below.

[outages] Spectrum Outage

Does anyone know what is going on with the Spectrum outage, Avon/Indianapolis 
Indiana area, no phones or internet, cannot get through to tech support, all 
they have is a pre recorded message about the outage.  Seems like every week 
this location goes down for hours at a time.  And unfortunaly in this area, 
Spectrum is the only one who services this area.

There are other issues going on with Google as well.  If you are a Google
Apps subscriber, some of their services are down as well.  I just got off
the phone with Google support of another issue with a user not showing up
in my Admin Console, they were there yesterday and gone today, but the user
can still login and send and receive email.  They told me to wait 24 hours.

Our Comcast service is actually still up, which is odd because it goes down
all the time, (actually went down yesterday) but we’re having issues with a
cloud based app, calling into support for it, they are telling us it is
down for everyone across the country, I am wondering if this Comcast outage
has anything to do with it.

We're seeing odd off-net behavior, primarily with Chicago market
connections jumping from comcast to Tata, haven't come across other peers

[outages] Comcast Voice Issues

Today all my sites with Comcast have no voice service, just like
yesterday.  I cannot get through to tech support.  I was hung up on the
first time calling in and the second time calling I was told my hold time
was 53 minutes to 1 hour and 19 minutes.



Looks like two days in a row.  I am located in central Indiana.
