Subject: [EXT] [outages] Trouble reaching Geneva

For the last week we have had trouble reaching a web site in Geneva, 
Switzerland.  A trace route to 193.5.93.80 times out (most of the time).  I see 
this from two Cogent connections and a Frontier connection. Since Cogent and 
Frontier both successfully hand off to twelve99.net, they aren’t going to offer 
any help.  Do you all see this as well?

Hey Jared,

I have an in-house global monitoring network that tracks availability of my DNS 
anycast clouds…and I’m seeing issues in Europe with Telia, too.

Of my ~105 monitoring probes, ~18 of them are intermittently seeing certain 
things via Telia go unreachable for 8-10 minutes at a time.

Has happened 3 times in the last hour.

I am now seeing full routes from them. No word yet from the NOC.

My NTT and GTT circuits are getting a spike of BGP updates currently so
