Same here in Nevada (west coast US), no playback, pages still load. I 
have a GGC on net as well and its traffic dropped off a cliff.

I've lost all voice services served by Integra (I guess Allstream now) 
on T1 PRI and POTS in Nevada. Calling their repair number says they are 
investigating an outage in CA/NV.
