Candidate must have extensive hands on experience as an architect/senior
developer with high volume JSF applications. Primary responsibilities will
include framework component development and performance tuning. This
resource should be a hands on technical heavy hitter.
*Specific skills required include advanced development expertise and
performance tuning for: *
- JSF
- WebSphere
- JavaScript
- Ajax
- JAX-WS

*Experience expectations include:*
- 6 to 8 years of IT experience
- 3 years minimum JSF
- 4 years minimum JavaScript experience
- 6 years minimum Java/J2EE experience
- 4 years minimum J2EE experience
- 3 year minimum IRAD or Websphere IDE
*PREFERED SKILLS*
The following additional skills are preferred, but not required:
- PowerBuilder (this is a PB to JSF conversion project)
- Hibernate iBATIS, JPA, etc
- WebSphere on the mainframe
- Mentoring, coaching and documentation
*OTHER*
Experience with health care, human services, insurance process and other
systems of equal complexity is preferred, but not required
