It seems the committer's git hook script needs a change, too. I noticed that in OVN's document the hook is not mentioned, so I copied it from OVS document and renamed the branch name. I had brought this up for discussion in our weekly upstream OVN meeting a couple of weeks ago and the attendees were supportive of it. I followed the instructions from here - https://github.com/github/renaming for the renaming. Request all the developers and users of OVN code base to update the default branch locally.
