it's normal that you don't have internet access fron the registration vlan,
the goal is to hit the captive portal.

Hello how are you?

Are you using IEEE 802.1X, if not you need to use the Inline Layer 2 
configuration, and configure a route back on your router so that user traffic 
can go out to the internet. Or use the NAT configuration on your PF.

Please detail your configuration a little more so we can help you.
