Nevermind. It's in the developers guide.

sudo npm install -g grunt-cli
cd /usr/local/pf/html/common
npm install

cd /usr/local/pf/html/common/scss
in _settings.colors.scss edit these settings:

$inuit-base-background-color:
$pf-base-accent-color:
$inuit-btn-background:
$pf-color-error:

cd ..

publish it:
grunt dist
