Palm (hardware side) says Digital code signing is a planned feature for
Palm OS in their Tungsten Handheld Security for the Mobile Enterprise
white paper (

df ).

A quick search for signing in the Palm OS Reference has nothing for code
signing.

I think you'll have to wait for the next OS version, whatever/whenever that
is.
