   - Resource will be senior Java developer collaborating with other teams
   in the portfolio. The resource will be responsible for architecting
   solutions for the different projects. The resource will also be responsible
   for evaluating new frameworks and tools.
   - Experienced resource (preferably 10+ years of experience)
   - Experience with architecting solutions (preferred)
   - Strong knowledge in Java/J2EE technology stack
   - Strong knowledge in Spring, RESTful web services
