The overriding principle agreed was to set the reunion as a launch pad for interaction amongst all of us and a remobilisation of all former PASO/PASMA comrades into the mainstream agenda of Pan Africanism and the cause for justice in general. We agreed to have this as the overriding thrust to ensure that this initiative is devoid of factionalist tendencies which could result from discussing PAC internal matters. For this reason the initiative was altered to steer off this path and to leave internal PAC matters to a different appropriate process and vehicle away from this initiative, at-least for now. This is both an amendment and an affirmation of the summary notes. I consider this a fundamental correction or amendment. Again many thanks to the organisers of this session.
