Winamp, separate volume control, and 2 sound cards
Hi all, I know these subjects have been fully discussed, but I'm hoping you can point me to a resource where I can read how to do two things: I just bought a Phillips Aurilium 5.1 channel USB sound card. I'd like to be able to play audio through it while running JFW through my original sound card on my Gateway desktop computer. I'm running the latest version of JFW, Windows xp home with sp2. Also, I just upgraded to the latest version of Winamp, and I cannot seem to remember how to set it so that when I turn the volume down in Winamp, it does not affect the JAWS volume. Thanks for any help or resources. ___ PC-Audio List Help, Guidelines, Archives and more... http://www.pc-audio.org To unsubscribe from this list, send a blank email to: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Catraxx CD and MP3 Cataloguer
Hi, I have recenly been expriementing wit this program. It seems pretty good for this purpose. There are some places where it does not talkl so well with JFW. I am wondering if there are other blind users of this product. If so I would like to correspond to talk about best ways to use it. How to play files from the track list. How to navigigate the complex track entry dialogue.\ How to manage the filters and sorts. and lot more. I am using Jaws and I have found Napster and the Real Music store quite useable.
