synchronizing with a music player

2007-04-22 Thread blsmass
I do not understand the concept of synchronizing to a music player in the
sense that my music is in one place and you just can't do a straight copy
to the player so how do I tell the machine that the music I want is in
one directory on my computer and I want it to synch up with the player?
Thanks. Kurt

Hi.

If you're interested in Major League Baseball, go to

http://mlb.com

Go to the gameday audio link and sign up for the service. It costs $14.95
per year.

I don't know how to sign up for Minor League baseball.

RE: synchronizing with a music player

2007-04-22 Thread David Reynolds

Kurt,

A lot depends on what player you are synchronizing with, and the software
you are using to do the synchronization. Essentially, I do the following:
Tell the computer that it needs to look in my music\my albums. It compares
the player's contents with the contents of that folder, and anything that is
missing gets copied across.

I hope this helps a bit, but it goes without saying, if you need any further
hints then let us know.

Dave.

2007-04-22 Thread Sunshine
Hey there everyone, i have a sort of a very strange question for you
I am using the sam encoders, winamp 5.34 build 1239 beta, shoutcast server
version . 1.98
when i have someone stream off the server i would like to listen to the stream
but when i try to bring up the stream i can not do this, is there anyway to
either configure the server to
1. let me listen to the stream.
2. or to be able to capture the stream via either replay av or total recorder?
