problem with files on Sandisk Sansa MP3 player
Hi I've copied over some folders and files into the player. When connected to the PC all the folders and files are showing up. However, when I'm in the player itself, the folders are there but the files within them aren't showing (they're all MP3 files). Is there anything I should be doing with regard to the settings? Hi Wendy, Before I can offer any assistance, I need to know a couple of things. Are you running Rockbox or just using the Sansa firmware? Are you copying and pasting, or are you syncing the player? Have you followed the instructions at http://chris.pirillo.com/how-to-make-juice-22-work-in-windows-vista/. At that web site they say these instructions also work for Windows 7.
