Help needed for Movie Maker
Hi listers, First, I appologise if this question is off topic. I don't know where else to ask... I just started learning to use Movie Maker and need help with cutting and pasting. I have managed, with sighted help, to record a live music session which I'd like to edit and publish to support my work. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Hi , if you are recording through software you can't block it out, because the what you hear option is turned in your computer. The only thing you can do is get an external synth so your screen reader voice doesn't come through. If your recording through the sound board this won't be a problem. Exsept what comes through the mike. You can edit that out by steping the time interval down to 1 second or so. - Original Message - From: Carliss seeje...@satx.rr.com To: 'PC Audio Discussion List' pc-audio@pc-audio.org Sent: Thursday, March 10, 2011 8:53 AM Subject: Blocking out screen reader when recording with total recorder? Listers, I want to say, thanks! To all that helped me to get going with total recorder. I am recording with mic, and streaming from the net. One more thing, how to I stop the recorder from picking up my screen reader while recording?I remember hearing that in the tutorials. That still can be done, right? I like the idea of being able to record wile working in the office and Jaws not being recorded. Question about goldwave, CD reader.
Howdy, I just got Goldwave, and I am still learning how to use it. I tried to rip a CD, using the Goldwave CD reader. When I hit enter on the menu item CD reader, my computer made a very strange noise, and then restarted. I tried it several times with the same result. I am pretty new at this computer stuff, but I really don't think it is an operator problem. I hope someone can help. Re: Question about goldwave, CD reader.
Hi, Mark and List, Just to be sure we're on the same page, go to tools by pressing alt-that. Then select cd Reader and press enter. From what you write, that's what you're doing. I wonder if perhaps you're running Windows 7 and using a version of Goldwave which is not compatible with that operating system. If this isn't the problem, I have to guess that your copy of the program is corrupted. Get another copy and uninstall the current copy before installing the new download. I rip cds occasionally and have no difficulty. Leaving the List
Hi all, I thoroughly enjoy the information on this list but I have decided to unsubscribe. The main reason is I'm suffering from a self-inflicted information overload (smile). There's so much information I'd like to read about and simply not enough time to read it all. I'll still be posting announcements about software updates etc to Twitter and people are welcome to follow me on Twitter if they like. My Twitter username is in my signature below. I'd like to thank all those people who have provided me with help and other useful information over the long time I've been on this list. If you want to respond to this message please make sure you send responses to my email address as I'm subscribing immediately. Goodbye for now.
