is this found under properties when you speak of going into the startmenu for goldwave settings *** When you give unto others whether or not they give to you in return, It matters not for your job is Complete and your rewards forthcoming. - Original Message - From: Donald L. I continue to struggle so as to be able to use the VU meters. In the Goldwave manual, I found the following but do not understand just where to find it so as to achieve the desired result. Accessibility Interface If a screen reader is active when starting GoldWave, the program automatically changes its interface slightly to be more screen reader friendly. Screen reader mode can be switched on manually by using GoldWave Setup in the Windows Start menu and checking the Force screen reader mode box. The status visual in the Control window becomes a text box that gives the elapsed time, the current status, and the peak levels (in parentheses). The levels are reset whenever playback or recording is restarted. The levels are given in percentages, but tabbing to the text box and pressing D changes it to decibels. Pressing D again changes it back to percentages. Press R to reset the peaks. Press P to pause updates to give time for the screen reader to read it. These keys only work when the status visual has the keyboard focus and the keys have not been assigned Don Roberts To unsubscribe from this list, send a blank email to: pc-audio-unsubscr...@pc-audio.org To unsubscribe from this list, send a blank email to: pc-audio-unsubscr...@pc-audio.org

I also discovered that you need to use your alternate cursor in order to find force screenreader mode. *** When you give unto others whether or not they give to you in return, It matters not for your job is Complete and your rewards forthcoming. - Original Message - From: Donald L. Re: Finding URL
Try to find it on mike's radioworld. There you can download a *.pls or *. asx or *.m3u play list. If you open that with an editor you can see the link to the live stream. I guess my question is: Specifically, what are the steps in order to locate this forced screen reader mode or whatever it is called? I don't know where to look for it. The help talks about somewhere in the startmenue. Hi all Are there any programs available preferably free with which you can build a daisy book from audio files? My old nokia e52 could actually do that using a daisy reader available from Code Factory. Andre To unsubscribe from this list, send a blank email to: pc-audio-unsubscr...@pc-audio.org
