Re: replay media catcher and youtube
Did you choose start recording via the library menu bar instead of the start recording button on the main UI. Did you make any changes on your computer recently? Did you add a Firefox addon that may have affected RMC5 ability to record like maybe the no scripts addon. In Firefox did you by any chance change the redirect checkbox. I believe its in the advanced tab area. - Original Message - From: Sunshine sunsh...@abe.midco.net To: PC Audio Discussion List pc-audio@pc-audio.org Sent: Friday, August 22, 2014 10:27 AM Subject: Re: replay media catcher and youtube Ok, still no go with using the library start recording in rmc with fire fox. that is kind of strange, what does appline say about it? Re: replay media catcher and youtube
Ok, did not make any changes to the computer, no addons that might conflict that i know of have unchecked the redirect in the advanced tab, did try tabbing to start monitaring/ andalso didthe alt l and entered on start monitaring nothing gets captured. when using audio the stuff captures with fire fox but using internet or libary will not do this ie works like it should but fire fox does not with rmc. Focusrite Scarlet and Sound Forge
This is largely an accessibility question to resolve a friend's problem. Unlike, say, my Mackie 1640I which shows thirty-two channels (one each for left and right), and is accessible in the routing matrix at least in the channels column, the Focusrite is not. The table shows Input 1 and Input 2 across the top, and the six channels down the side, but they are only accessed with the JAWS (or mouse emulation) cursor. What must be done (presumably by a sighted person via TeamViewer if not directly at the computer) to enable recording from the microphone channel which I think is channel 1?

Re: accessible blogging site for posting audio
Try www.potbean.com Sorry if i spell rong but i'm sure you will find it. I plan to record my live shows as they're going out on air, so that I can then upload them as a podcast somewhere online, so that people can go and listen to and/or download them. People have said, that you can use blogger to post podcast/show notes, and use ourmedia.com, to upload the actual audio files, which in tern would present you with a link leading to the audio file to which you can paste into the blog. This link, is what people would use to download the file to their computers. This much I understand. However, I've heard, that blogger isn't all that user friendly, and ourmedia.com has a bad habbit of not making uploaded files available right away and once something is uploaded, there's no garuntee as to how long the file will remain on the site. So, I was wondering, if there was an accessible site where I could upload podcasts, and add show notes all in one place? Of course, being that I don't yet have a show slot, I won't have to deal with any of this just yet, but I just wanted to get an idea as to where I could post mp3 copies of my radio show, if I decide to archive it. Thanks. Mike Rochester, NY.
