WWinamp Default

2008-04-07 Thread charles addleman
Hi list,

This is my first attempt at posting. Therefore, I hope I am complying with
the rules.

I am using Windows Vista with Jaws9.0. I have installed Winamp5.53. Would
someone please tell me how to make Winamp my default player? I want Winamp
to be my default player for all my audio files, but Windows Media Player
insists on taking over.

Thank you in advance, Chuck.

Hi list,

I had not been to the Audible.com website for a short time as I had some
books saved on my hard drive. Today I went online to download a book and
was not even able to get to my library. I have learned how to find a book
in my library, but, can anyone tell me how to download a book once you find
it. For example, where do you select the format; and where do you go to
download. Any help would really be appreciated Thanks.

Re[2]: needing easy cd DA extractor help

2005-02-17 Thread Charles Addleman
Hi DJC,
I have downloaded and installed the new version of CDDA
extractor. However, when I go to the list and click on the icon to upgrade
my key, I just go in circles. Only once was I given an opportunity to
enter my e-mail address. However, I did not receive a responds. I should
say here, that I have a registered version of CDDA extractor 7.
something. I'm sorry to bother you with this, but I cant seem to find a
way to contact anyone at the website. To put it simply, can you help? grin

Thanks Chuck.

It's vary accessible up through version 11. After that you have floating
windows to deal with and it just don't work for screen readers. The
company tells me that Jaws has been working with them to try and over come
the problem, but so far nothing is available.

Re: Locating Inputs On My computer's Soundcard

2004-12-07 Thread Charles Addleman
Tom,
If your standing behind the computer, the speaker cords will be side by
side to the left of the roe. Next will be your mike jack. Next to that
will be the line in and then line out. The last jack to the rite is
digital out. This has been true on every computer I've had.

Hope this helps.

Tom, I listed the jacks from left to right as they are if your standing
behind the computer. If your using headphones, you remove one of the
speaker cords and plug your headphones into the vacated jack.
Sorry if I wasn't clear.
