Try hitting the f12 button and it should bring all the search menu stuff
back.

Friends, i don't know what i did or what button i hit by accident. i
can't even get the search field or search menu as i used to.
My blaasted jaws stopped talking and I had to power down my syster to
tart back up.
now all i am getting is mute volume button play options, that kind of
thing. help!.
