Question about Replay-radio A-V
For the last several Sundays, I have been trying to record a 4 hour long program, from 8 P. M. to 12 A. M. and was able to do it with version 6. However, now I get nothing but the promo's which begin each program from National Public Radio. There were 832 such promo's the next morning. I like the idea of capturing the stream and outputting it to a MP3 file which is the reason for trying to stick to Replay-Radio A-V. Any help would certainly be appreciated. Designed specifically for that purpose, is Studio Recorder from the American Printing house for the Blind. If you can afford the $200, or there abouts, it will serve very well. I am amazed that more blind people in the community are unaware of the existence of that program. You might also look at the R. C. A. sold at Wal-Mart. Not only can you append, but also delete in the middle of the recording, and insert anywhere in the recording. I have used all of those functions and they work. However, the method is a bit clutsy. The quality of the recording is good and the buttons are very feelable.
