Hi Christopher, I think you need a Flac encoder, which you can download from this page: http://flac.sourceforge.net/download.html For windows, there's a choice of either an installer which puts the file flac.exe in a flac folder in programs, or alternatively a zip file which contains flac.exe which you put anywhere you want. Foobar will in fact play .flac files just fine though, so I'm rather confused. How do I point Foobar to the .flac converter? Foobar2000 only includes the FLAC decoder needed for playback of FLAC files. To create FLAC files you need the FLAC encoder.
