Hi,

these scripts are open sorce so you of course may make any changes you like.
all I ask or have ever asked is the changes be posted to me as well so I can
take advantage of any improvements as the maintainer of the project I will
of course make sure they match the concepts used and they will be posted
some where.

Note, this is a temporary DropBox link and the file will only be available
for a short while.

No. The line broke, that is, the link was too long and appeared on two
lines. Fix it so it is on only one line, and it works. I just
downloaded the file at 7:30 p.m. Pacific time Tuesday evening.

JAWS Scripts For Goldwave

2011-05-14 Thread Rob Tabor
Dearr colleagues,

I have recently acquired a very impressive Asus laptop PC running Windows 7
on a 64-bit microprocessor and wasted little time in installing Goldwave
which I had been using on my Dell Dimension 2400 desktop that I suspect I
will be letting go of as soon as I have completed all transitional
processes. My question pertains to where I need to install the JAWS script
files ffor Goldwave by Jim Grimsby. Your guidance is appreciated and thanks
in advance.

RE: JAWS Scripts For Goldwave

2011-05-14 Thread Rob Tabor
Hi, Casey and list.

I'm sure I don't have the newest model of Asus on the retail market as I
bought it second hand from a PC technician. I figured that following the
path of the techies as to what equipment they buy for their own uses is not
a bad way to go. Mhy key system specifications are as follows:

System Manufacturer ASUSTeK Computer Inc.
System ModelU52F
System Type x64-based PC
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i3 CPU M 350 @ 2.27GHz, 2266 Mhz, 2
Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)

As for battery life, I generally plug into the AC whenever I can as the
sound card and Eloquence text to speech drivers tend to pull a lot of
battery power, so I'm not the best person to answer that question.

2009-12-13 Thread Jitendra Kumar
I am sorry for the late reply, yo can get them from the site:
but remember that they are for JAWS, and works with goldwave 5.22 or
below, the work is in progress for the later versions of goldwave, and
will be out shortly, till then, you can download a working copy from
the blind-geek-zone.net site, since it is a zip file, you can always
bug me for questions you have.
Thank you, jitendra.
