All I know is that with JAWS, those edit boxes worked just fine with all 
versions of GW, including 5.10.

I am trying out Gold Wave. I am not having much luck.

Are  there scripts for jaws 6.0 that wood  help. Also is there a way to
hear the audio  when you are going forward or back for find toon
editing?

When you press F5 you should hear the music file play backwords.  You can 
either speed up or slow down the speed.Below is a list of all the 
keystrokes in GoldWave
