Provided you put the mouse on the buy button when you press alt shift T it
should store it, but this is a tricky one which may or may not work.

 Subject: iTumes Scripts

Hello guys. I just downloaded the demo copy of the iTumes scripts for jfw
and love them alot, and I purchased the old scripts, and i'm hoping
 their's
an upgrade to the ladist scripts. However, I went to the iTumes store,
 and
wanted to buy a track, however, when I pressed alt control t, jfw says
buying, and I got my dad who is sighted who helps me with computers to
 find
the grafic, and I pressed alt shift t. Jaws said storeing location of buy
button, then, I pressed control alt t again, and Jaws said, buying, but
 it
was not buying the track. Any ideas on what's going on? Thanks, Sky.

Brian, I did press the key and it did store the location but still, control
shift t does not work for some reason no matter if the location is stored or
not. I am useing the demo version currently.
