RE: Ripping with WMP 11

I use the option to begin ripping only when the rip tab is shown. This way
after opening the player there will be a start rip button right after the
list of file to be ripped. Just one more tab.

Albert, I have been through all Option tabs and things are set to my liking.
I did tell WMP to rip when a CD is inserted, just as a test, and the tracks
were ripped, but the gap between tracks was also there which I do not want.
I prefer to not have WMP rip automatically, but my problem is that I cannot
activate the button which would actually start a rip. Thanks for your help,
Norma

You can set it up to rip automatically after you close the drive door
or to wait until you open the player and press the rip button. Of
course, you can set it to have you decide all the setting each time.

Hi listers,

I'm using Jaws 8.0.2173 and need help getting WMP 11 to rip a CD.
Simply put, I cannot tab to the start rip button, nor can I use and
alt key combination to start the ripping. Also, if there is a way in
WMP 11 to not have a silent gap between tracks but still maintain
separate tracks that would be most helpful to know.

Thanks in advance,
Norma
