I should also point out that the company who sells this thing - 
Accessible Electronics - also sell the Victor Reader Stream second 
generation so can easily get one of those if I decide but that's too 
much duplication for me I think so the former device would suit me better.

Hmm, sounds very intresting.
A bit steap in pricing though.
But give it a go and tell us about it.
It sounds intresting even though it does not have all the Streams functionality.
But it can play pdf and also uses a micro sd card which for me is a definit 
plus.
