Re: Total Recorder Instructions
Hi, you'll have to check the prefferennces settings. There you'll find the driver choices for input and output. I see three choices. I let total recorder be my primary sources for input and output. But total recorder will give you some clews, because some settings it will tell you that you've done something wrong. Where the trouble may start, is where you have u s b cards. You will have to experiment to get around this. - Original Message - From: Adrian Mathew adrianm...@clearmail.com.au To: PC Audio Discussion List pc-audio@pc-audio.org Sent: Thursday, April 21, 2011 1:23 AM Subject: Re: Total Recorder Instructions Hi Ken. What about the message I've had when I tried to play something back which tells me that it can't play it back through it's driver. What's that all about? The most important thing to set up is your Recording source and parameters, you find that in options. It determins whether you will be recording from your sound card or your software, like winamp or windows media players. The controlls use the space bar to record , stop pause , and play. Tabbing gets you to the output and input level controlls. The alt key and arow keys gets the edit view and finally the preference modes like the recording source and parameters. Some day I'll do a podcast on it, but that should be enought to get you started. One more thing, after your finished with your recording Besure your stoped. thehn tap the alt key and down arow to save. Then chose how you want to save, because your given the choice to save in wav, or save in mp3. Wel that's the basics goodluck. - Original Message - From: Adrian Mathew adrianm...@clearmail.com.au To: pc-audio@pc-audio.org Sent: Wednesday, April 20, 2011 3:08 AM Subject: Total Recorder Instructions Hi. Re: Total Recorder Instructions
Okay well pardon me for intruding on this thread but I don't think Adrian will mind smile. Firstly, I advised him to join this list for further help regarding Total Recorder as I was not aware of the Total Recorder list on Google Groups. Second, as far as I know Adrian is using Total Recorder Professional. On 20/04/2011, at 11:50 PM, Colin Howard wrote: Adrian, Which version of TR are you using?
