I find it rather awkward to get to. But, once gotten to, I'd didn't have any problem using it. In Winamp, press alt-G to toggle the equalizer on an off. When it's toggled on, press ctrl-tab to move between the main window, the equalizer window, and any other Winamp windows you have open. When you're in the equalizer window, the 1-0 keys increase the setting for bands 1-10, respectively, and the q-p keys decrease the respective settings.The ` and tab keys increase and decrease the preamp setting, respectively.
