I'm not sure why I ever looked this up, since I use Winamp as my podcatcher under Windows XP, but the instructions at the following web site will get you up and running. Been a while since I've used one of these for the PC but when I last tried it Juice seemed okay, I just use Itunes now though I'm not much into Podcasts these days smile.
