Hi All, I appologize for posting this question here but not sure where else to try. One of my students got a hp G62-355dx laptop for christmas. We put JAWS on it. However, both of us are totally blind and the normal keystrokes like alt plus f4, control plus f4 or any other keystroke involving the functions all do something different that expected. I have tried finding a keyboard discription on line with no luck. so I was wondering if anyone has had experience with this unit. There are also a fun verticle line of keys on the left side before the common shift, tabe etc we have tried with littleluck. Any help would be very very appreciated.
