Re: wireless headset recommendations
I have a wireless USB microphone headset. The Plantronics audio 995 stereo headset with boom microphone. I don't know what wireless technology it uses, but it is 2.4 GHz. and not BlueTooth. The difference between Bluetooth wireless and USB wireless Bluetooth pairs to any compatible device that has Bluetoothin it. USB wireless can be two things USB data general standard for transmitting and receiving data wirelessly. Or, wireless audio that uses a USB dongle, which acts as a sound card, with wireless transmitter and receiver. So glad I upgraded to bluetooth as no configuration is really necessary apart from the usual bluetooth setup. Re: wireless headset recommendations
I don't think it would be a good idea to buy the Wal-Mart headset for the PC, because Bluetooth audio can be very poor, especially for voice recognition. At least, that is what I've been told many many times. Thank you.
