It is a year since the last PCRE1 release. There are only 7 logged
changes, and only two of them fix a real bugs, one in the C++ wrapper
and one in ARMv5 JIT. The others fix build issues in certain
environments or tidy the code to avoid compiler and ASAN warnings.
It is now 5 years since PCRE2 was released. I think this is likely to be
the final release of PCRE1.
