Re: [PD-dev] problem opening .pat files

Ok, seems like I made a slight mistake here; I was thinking more of http://lists.puredata.info/pipermail/pd-list/2007-01/046068.html http://lists.puredata.info/pipermail/pd-list/2006-08/041571.html and such. I am unaware of that assumption, care to elaborate? This is an assumption that you make by cutting libraries into pieces. Re: [PD-dev] 0.41 test 06
FYI: if you check in your Mac OS X and Windows package building code into CVS, then the nightly autobuilds can build this every night. This would allow you to use those autobuilds for your releases. The script that runs the builds is in CVS, if you want to modify it: scripts/auto-build/pd-main-auto-builder.sh I never run complete builds manually anymore, just small builds to test whatever I am working on. All of the Pd-extended releases are from the auto-build machines. It's saved me a ton of time. .hc On Aug 18, 2007, at 8:25 PM, Miller Puckette wrote: > I've uploaded "test 06" which incorporates new versions of > portaudio and > portmidi and makes a stab at callback scheduling. I am unaware of that assumption, care to elaborate? The opening off .pat files from the open dialog is unrelated to cyclone. The opening of .pat files is in Miller's core, cyclone is written by Krzysztof Czaja as a separate project. I think I saw this bug before, but I haven't looked into it. I think it works on Windows. Please file a bug report. Include which platform you are using to test. I think this works on Windows but not Mac OS X, for example. Also, testing Miller's releases vs. Pd- extended releases is also useful. .hc > > _ _ __ ___ _ _ _ ... > | Mathieu Bouchard - tél:+1.514.383.3801, Montréal QC > Canada___ > PD-dev mailing list > PD-dev@iem.at > http://lists.puredata.info/listinfo/pd-dev I have the audacity to believe that peoples everywhere can have three meals a day for their bodies, education and culture for their minds, and dignity, equality and freedom for their spirits. - Martin Luther King, Jr. ___ PD-dev mailing list PD-dev@iem.at http://lists.puredata.info/listinfo/pd-dev
