[PD-dev] new member
Hello everybody, My name is Jordi Sala (from Barcelona), I'm a new member of pd-dev list. Reccently I made my first external for pd. Hans help me to modify it to adapt the pd standards.. Now I'd like to join to the project and add the to the svn. The external is pdpcap, - http://puredata.info/Members/poperbu/pdpcap-pd-network-sniffer-external/ . Any idea or comment would be very important for me...At the moment it works for Linux, I expect it will work for windows in a few days.. Thanks a lot! -- Jordi Sala http://musa.poperbu.net ___ Pd-dev mailing list Pd-dev@iem.at http://lists.puredata.info/listinfo/pd-dev
Re: [PD-dev] WebPd in Pure Data's SVN
How about just starting a new SourceForge project for it? Then you can use svn, git, or whatever. I think the pure-data SVN is a pretty big mess because there is so much stuff in it. Since I'm admin on a bunch of SF projects, I can easily create one and hand over the admin status to you. Then you can control who has commit access directly. .hc On May 30, 2010, at 8:35 AM, chrism wrote: Hello all, It seems like Google Code might not allow for AGPL licensed projects. [PD-dev] [ pure-data-Bugs-2989541 ] iemmatrix
Bugs item #2989541, was opened at 2010-04-19 15:30 Message generated for change (Comment added) made by eighthave You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detailatid=478070aid=2989541group_id=55736 Please note that this message will contain a full copy of the comment thread, including the initial issue submission, for this request, not just the latest update. Category: pd-extended Group: v0.42 Status: Pending Resolution: Later Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Assigned to: Hans-Christoph Steiner (eighthave) Summary: iemmatrix Initial Comment: objects like mtx_.^, mtx./ do not load automatically, even after adding the path to startup -- Comment By: Hans-Christoph Steiner (eighthave) Date: 2010-05-30 15:30 Message: With Pd-extended, you need to load the 'hexloader' first, then they work. Before trying to load those objects, try creating this first: [import hexloader iemmatrix]. Then they should work. IOhannes, what about reducing the use of the hexloader in iemmatrix and zexy to the bare minimum? For example, 0x21 (!) works on all file systems, so mtx_0x21.pd_linux could be mtx_!.pd_linux and it would work without the hexloader. -- Comment By: IOhannes m zmlnig (zmoelnig) Date: 2010-04-20 03:07 Message: adding things to the path won't load them at all (that's desired behaviour) anyhow, (most likely) your problem is the way, Pd-extended packages iemmatirx (single object library vs single file library). a lot of work has been done in order to allow for both packaging flavours, but still not very satisfactory. PS: if you are really referring to iem_matrix (with underscore; as your initial title suggested (i changed it)), then you are using a version of library that has been deprecated for about 5r years; please use iemmatrix. -- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detailatid=478070aid=2989541group_id=55736 ___ Pd-dev mailing list Pd-dev@iem.at http://lists.puredata.info/listinfo/pd-dev
Re: [PD-dev] WebPd in Pure Data's SVN
http://gitorious.org allows AGPL and runs on free/open source software; last time I checked github is proprietary.
