I was able to play mp3s in Windows with through a vst and the vst~ external. It worked great. This is driving me nuts! I just can't find a way to open and read an mp3 file in pd on windows. mp3play~ outputs an error message whenever I put something into it. Can anyone tell me how these files should be encoded in order to be red properly?
