[Pdl-general] CHM passing on PDL maintainer torch

Dear PDL Users and Developers,

I've just transferred maintainership for PDL et. al. to
EDJ/DJERIUS and am stepping down as the PDL release manager.
It is hard to believe that it has been 10 years!
