Marnie, In Sept. of 2011 we had a conversation about making DVDs and I recommended Sony Movie Studio software to you (bang for the buck). You may have downloaded a trial version of that? You can still download trial versions of their software, which may allow you to get a project done within the trial period. I would recommend the Movie Studio SUITE. It contains several programs. The two that may be of greatest use to you are Movie Studio (for video editing) and DVD Architect (for burning your video to DVD): http://www.vegascreativesoftware.com/us/trial-versions/ Hope this helps. Re: OT - DxO buys the Hik Collection
The Nik collection is good in concept, but I haven't been able to get them to work within my ancient version of Photoshop, and while some work as stand alone packages, sometimes with serious limitations, others don't work at all. Strangely DXO Filmpack 3 worked with earlier versions of Photoshop that were supposedly unsupported, and when they dropped support making registering Filmpack 3 no longer possible as a Photoshop plugin it's still available in DXO Optics Pro as a plugin. I expect all sorts of interesting compatibility problems in the future. On 10/25/2017 5:49 PM, Brian Walters wrote: That, of course, should have been "DxO buys the Nik Collection". Re: Shocked that he was sued for stealing photography
Either they correctly estimated the return on their investment or spent a lot of time afterwards drinking heavily, (probably on credit), or more likely it was part of their budget this being an advertising gimmick to get notoriety rather than direct returns. I've seen a lot of people p*ss away more money for less. On the other hand the current video of interest makes the author look like a complete idiot. I guess any publicity is good publicity... Unless of course he's actually been sued and is now likely to be sued again, in which case he doesn't just /seem/ to be a complete idiot. On 10/26/2017 10:29 AM, Igor PDML-StR wrote: Ghm...
