Actually Paul, according to the local police they're legal - I asked the

Program, which I think it succeeded. No TTL flash, maximum 1/1000s shutter
speed. I referred to mine as the "plastic Pentax". That said, it was a good
camera...essentially my only camera for 12 years and a back up body for another
five. I now own a Super Program (courtesy of Ann) and it is a much nicer camera.

Now she who must be obeyed needs me to build a frame for it, cut a mat,
mount it, get glass for it and submit it to her for the ceremony of
presentation.

Or you could send the image file to a place like Bay Photo and simply write
them a check ;)

Simply stunning!

Already done. The print is positively 3 dimensional. Now she who must be
obeyed needs me to build a frame for it, cut a mat, mount it, get glass

Thanks all for looking and commenting. I don't show a lot of images, but I
think this lens might be the inanimate object I need to get my sorry ass
off the couch.

Hopefully more to come.

Re: P5

Technically it has a second Program mode, but I couldn't say if it was
practically any different.  In my opinion the P series was one of the
less inspiring Pentax produced.  The bodies were very plasticy, and
shutter noise was especially loud, and not in a good way like an LX.

Does anything make the P5 special?
