It may be just a reskinned Program Plus but the P5 was inferior to the Super Program, which I think it succeeded. No TTL flash, maximum 1/1000s shutter speed. I referred to mine as the "plastic Pentax". That said, it was a good camera...essentially my only camera for 12 years and a back up body for another five. Technically it has a second Program mode, but I couldn't say if it was practically any different. In my opinion the P series was one of the less inspiring Pentax produced. Local shop as a P5 on the shelf. Don't see many of them. P3x was a lot more common. He has a hefty price on it. IIRC, $150. Does anything make the P5 special?
