Re: question about zooms and TCs
I think the main reason TCs arent recommended with zooms is that if your shooting at the short end of the zoom with the TC attached, you would get better results by removing the TC and shooting at the long end of the zoom by itself. -- J.C. Re: PESOs (4) - Gouda Town Hall
Thanks, Hank. We had classical northern European cloudy dank weather the first half of our trip; but since we've spent about two years in the UK, that was fine! Re: Threading?
It's been like that for a long time, really. On and off. I don't know all the causes, but Joe Tainter's habit of starting new threads by replying to existing ones certainly adds to the confusion. :-) Some mail clients, and some mail servers, seems to break the email metadata (message heads) too. Re: more PPG woes?
Same here. Last week, I check the PPG site, and the Upload page was still broken. When I tried to send them a message through the contact page. the "captcha" could not be satisfied, and would not permit the message to be sent to Ricoh. Late last night, I tried again, and received a message like the one you got: "Your connection is not Private. Attackers might be trying to steal your information from pentaxphotogallery.com" Does anyone have a general email for PentaxRicoh that we can ise to try to communicate with them? It looks like the PPG is dead. :( Dan Matyola http://www.pentaxphotogallery.com/danieljmatyola On Wed, Aug 15, 2018 at 5:26 AM, Bong Manayon wrote: > Tried going into PPG today and my browser/security program would not let > me. Swainson's Hawk
Yesterday at a California State Wildlife Area. Sort of a yawn. Watched and held him in the K3II viewfinder for awhile but he chose not to fly. He was close enough for a detailed image and I couldn't guarantee he would fly while I was holding him in focus, so I took the perched option.
