It's up to the contributors to interpret the theme in any way they want - I don't judge :-) Cheers Brian -- %(real_name)s Pentax-Discuss Mail List To unsubscribe send an email to pdml-le...@pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
Re: GESO (7) - Another Woodland Cemetery walk
Those are lovely shots -- I like the first one and the 6th one best. I think.. who was it that was asking what the "golden hour" is? It is the hour you took these photos :-) The person in the background striding along makes that one for me.. and the geometry and color in the 6th.. but they are all nice ann On 12/1/2022 1:36 PM, Rick Womer wrote: Most of the leaves have fallen, but a few very colorful trees remain; and the weather was great. https://rickwomer.smugmug.com/Oct2022/November-2022/Woodland-Cemetery-11-26-22/ (K-5, DA 50-200). Thanks for the info and the link to the EFH site! I am just beginning a short trip, but will be ordering from him once back home. Re: Slice of Americana
We stayed in Statesville for the week or so we were there. That’s an impressive bit of detective work- you could be right about Winston Salem, I may have got the places confused. My overriding memory is that the place seemed deserted and we jaywalked a lot, since it was a new experience for us (no such thing over here). Also it was very hard to get a drink in Statesville. > On 1 Dec 2022, at 20:31, John Sessoms wrote: > > Actually, the one place in North Carolina I *KNOW* it is NOT is Raleigh, > because I live there and don't recognize it. > > Clues I can see in the image: > • Four track crossing in Downtown area > • Wachovia Bank building with parking deck > • Chest???
