I could make an argument that technically they were not wrong.

Yes, good to know that you are well and safe Ann!

My brother in Nyack had to have two sump pumps continuously running to keep his
basement from flooding, and my friend Stephen battled driving home from Cape
Cod through the thick of it.

Out here in the Uttermost West we had a mostly nice day, but then some clouds
filled the sky and a light drizzle appeared for 20 minutes. Very unusual for
this time of year … about a month early for any rain at all. Of course, on the
local news, the sky was falling! LOL!

be well! hugz,

The storm passed by off the coast, so where I am here inland there was
just a bit of light rain, kind of a moderately rainy day ... the kind

Re: PESO: Terminator Ladybird (LOW RES for Ann San...)

2005-12-04 Thread Albano Garcia
I konw, you lost the thread. I put the ladybug
intentionally since it eats the plant louses (black
ones, not seen in this shot). The white aphids I
didn't saw them at first sight, just saw them when
opened the photo at the PC. So, I have 2 different
bugs killing the plant and a lonely terminator ladybug
trying to eat them all...
I'll try the soap or cigarette solution soon
Regards

Albano

Re: PESO: Terminator Ladybird (LOW RES for Ann San...)

2005-12-04 Thread Bob Sullivan
Albano,
It's not the big, spotted bug that's hurting your plant.
It's the tiny white bugs in the photo - aphids!
I've never seen such a bad infestation.
Wash them off, used some mild soap or tobacco juice.
