Nice gallery, liked them all (and I mean that, heh). I especially liked Thunderstorm, Badlands by Matthew Hunt (great sky and nice flat land below). And The Ice-Cold Bud's for You by Ken Waller (that does look like a hand reaching out, sort of an ET hand). And Spring Cold Rain by Paul Sorenson (that kind of shot doesn't always appeal to me and I don't think always works, but this one works. Looks and feels really rainy.) And Passing Water and Wetter Funnel, and, well, lots of others. Marnie aka Doe :-) In a message dated 4/9/2013 10:56:04 P.M. Re: April PUG - 'Precipitation' now on line
Quoting Bob Sullivan rf.sulli...@gmail.com: With so many other pictures being presented here, the PUG has gotten lost. This is a sad situation because the quality of the monthly offerings is a cut above the everyday PESO's and GESO's. I would hate to lose it. Regards, Bob S. I know people look at the gallery when it's uploaded because I put a hit counter on the page last year and plotted the hits on a graph (well, everyone needs a hobby). This showed a distinct spike in views on the day it is uploaded. https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/1370864/PUG-hits.JPG (the reason for low hits in April is because I forgot to add the counter) It would be nice if there were a few more comments on the submissions - even just mentioning a couple of favourites - but I guess the main thing is that people look at the gallery.
