It looks useful but the instructions are a bit cryptic so this is how
I've been using it.
Note that it's for Photoshop CS3 (and presumably later).
1. Download the cheat sheet PSD file from the link above.
2. Open the image you want to convert and resize to 2500 pixels wide
(not 1500 as indicated on that page)
3. Copy that image to the clipboard and then discard it (obviously don't
save it over the top of the original image).
4. Open the cheat sheet PSD and double click the top 'Original' layer
icon. This will open a new image window with a large 'X'
5. Paste your image into that window, flatten and then close the window.
Select 'Yes' when asked to save - it just saves it to a temp directory
and it can be discarded later.
6. Photoshop will now churn through a series of different conversions
that you can compare.
If you want to, you can open the 'top', mid' and 'bottom' layers and
tweak the various settings to check the effect.
