Dust on K-r sensor

2011-01-16 Thread Larry Colen
Has anyone noticed the K-r being a bit more dust sensitive than other cameras?
I don't think I've been any less careful about dust with the K-r I'm testing
for (and about to ship to) Luiz, but at the end of the day, I'm seeing a lot
more dust on the sensor.
Part of that may have been due to not having the shake off on power up
activated until this afternoon, but one thing that is weird about it is that
I've seen dust (or small threads) move around on the sensor from shot to shot.
I've never noticed that on other cameras, but that seems fairly common on the
K-r.

The *ist-D really seems to pick up dust IIRC. The K-r couldn't be much
worse and it has that dust shaky thingy.
