Re: LR slideshow

2022-05-21 Thread Bill
What I do is just give the images I want in my slideshow a bunch of stars
and then filter to that many stars, then tell Lightroom to do it's thing.

Re: LR slideshow

2022-05-19 Thread David J Brooks
Yes. But, I have taken his 162 jpgs at 2.2mb each and tried rhat. I get 75%
into it and it crashes. Not sure uf it's file size or to many jpgs or LR 6
standalone or what. I'm perplexed

Re: LR slideshow

2022-05-18 Thread Bill
I haven't ever done this before, but I believe you just start a new
collection in Lightroom and add photos to it. Lightroom just tags them, it
doesn't move the files.
Once you have your files tagged, you open the collection and do
whatever you want with them.

Re: LR slideshow

2022-05-17 Thread Doug Brewer
You're going to want to import them into LR and make a collection. It's
pretty straightforward after that.

One google search said to make a new collection. Do I load the photos from
my disk to this collection or do I import the files then make a collection
and add them that way.

Using standalone ver 6
