Looks good on my monitor. I don't see any artifacts from over-sharpening.

Take that for what it's worth. My eyes are not that sharp to begin with.

I looked.  At the original resolution presented I could see maybe some 
jaggies, but when I go to the full resolution allowed by the website, 
the jaggies more or less disappear.  For me it's an artifact of how the 
resizing is handled to fit my screen.

At this display resolution, I do NOT think it looks noisy.

There is a sense of grittiness but I feel it is due to cold, damp,
