Blackthorn is right in the middle here. So we are maybe a week or 10 days 
behind you.  I still wouldn't expect Hawthorn before the end(ish) of this month 
as there's usually a noticable gap.  Although I did see some cherries, in a 
favourable location, flowering last weekend, so who knows?

That's just gorgeous for the transparency and delicacy of the blossoms.
I do find myself greatly desiring that there should be more green in the
green parts, though.
