Old news: Pentax lens roadmap (2019)
Someone may have posted it back in January (when the first version of it came out) or in February (when it was updated by Pentax), - but I somehow missed it completely, and just found it: Pentax lens roadmap circa 2019. For those who might be as slow as I am (or even slower): https://pentaxrumors.com/2019/02/27/updated-pentax-k-mount-lens-roadmap-2/ (If you click on the image, you will get just the image that can be zoomed in by clicking on it.) While looking at this roadmap, I was thinking about what I would want. If I would ever decide to buy K-1, I'd probably want 17-70 /4, or better yet, f/2.8, but I am afraid it would be prohibitively expensive. ... at least to justify that purchase for me. Cheers! can't beat Canon in that department, their 17/4 T/S w/separate rotations of tilt and shift is apparently outstanding and widest in the market. If I had the money, I would purchase a Canon full-frame DSLR to use with this lens alone. I did. I ended up in a field in Nebraska. As long as Pentax makes money for Hoya it can continue to live. For a small company, that means making relatively quick changes. They've had some recent success with DSLR bodies and they may be trying to figure out how to capitalize on it. On Thu, Feb 24, 2011 at 7:53 PM, Ken Waller kwal...@peoplepc.com wrote: Check Mapquest.
