Excellent colour.  A few of my neighbours have these in their gardens
but they don't seem to ever achieve the colours that are seen in colder
climates.

33° 50'S, but at low elevation.

My neighbour's trees colour up quite well if we have a cold autumn but
usually the foliage is mainly yellowish.

Thanks, Paul! Without chasing it any further, I got the spelling from Google. I 
actually thought the spelling was a little more exotic, but went with the first 
spelling listed.
