Thanks all! Godfrey--I'm using Mixam, http://mixam.com Not as convenient as, say, Blurb, because they don't do the selling and shipping to other people for you. But they were the only ones I found with a landscape option, it seemed to me that all the magazines in Blurb are portrait orientation.
