I like my 55/1.8 ST better than my 50/1.4 ST.
Got the 55 first, though, so I suppose the 50 deserves a little more
time before I condemn it.

#1 @ a local thrift shop is an old Vivitar TX-mount 24/2.8.
Unfortunately it is Minolta mount.  And it's $29.99.
A little too much for my tastes. 
But I've not seen PK tx mounts around.  Do they exist?

#2 Got a Spotamtic F of craigslist today.  $60.  OK condition.
With 55/1.8 SMC Tak.  Azanuma 300/5.5 also included.
I will be trying out the two lenses later this week after work
(before the sun goes too low)

A couple of other things showed up reasonable/cheap at thrift shops as well.  
Got an FTb with FD 50/1.8 SC (not SSC) lens for $12.50 and a Ricoh 500G for 
about $4.  Shopping is good in Columbus this week.

Yep, should be findable on eBay in both M42 and K.
